My Journey Story

Like many people, I have a journey story to share about living holistically.
In my youth, I was groomed to be an artist, academic youth leader, an active part of council, vice-president, pageant choreographer and feminist, peer counsellor, volunteer…the list goes on.

In all the stress, abuse and lack of self worth , I turned to drug and alcohol dependencies that became a mental health problem, health problems and eating disorders.

My wellness awareness and love of the Healing Arts, became my mantras, my affirmations and eventually a lifestyle that lead to an higher education.

In becoming a RHN, my life of discipline became a toolbox for the holistic journey that became my career to help individuals satisfy the oneness they seek.

I am full of compassion, transparency and experience and have learned to let go of obligations placed on me by society.

I was finding myself through consumer activism, ethics and global education. My personal interests were finally satisfying and I was able to help others.

Time for Change

A stressful lifestyle had worn away at me by the time I was 28. I knew nothing about natural living, it was all hype and vibes.
The constant overgeneralization of “society norm” and perfection trends, led to my health breaking down. I was living in a way that wasn’t sustainable for my body, mind or budget. I was in conflict with the world around me.

In making shifts in my energy and experiencing what true life balance was, I became less judgemental and open to healing. I started to be interested in all things that make up our world and my experiences were on a personal level now with many different people and cultures.

I studied religions, practiced herbalism and started to detox seasonally. I traveled to Kerala, India and was part of an Ayurvedic living program and in the jungle of its 5000 yr origin. I was taught many things about Ayurvedic practice, topical treatments and massage, detox cleansing and cooking. This was essential for my career, spa training and my personal healing.

Yoga at 4 am, detox and doctors, amazing healing feasts, and temples are far from what Western civilization allows for us, BUT …”we can” take back our spiritual faith, eat well and experience a peaceful life if we try to live ethicaly.

I found nature to be a natural high, self-healing an essential part on self love and confidence , meditation and yoga was a practice that prevented disease and my nutrition was creating a peaceful balance in my mind, busy and spirit.

I hope to continue and meet you in your journey.

Making an Impact

All culture, all healing and supporting all life, became my mission and consumer activism my lifestyle. In pursuing my education and interest in the United Nations , the protection of culture and sustainability, I had also affirmed my interest in Economics and International Relations. I knew that ethical sourcing, organic farming, earth medicine, and tribal land needed support with a shift in education and consumer intention.

I became a host for Canada World Youth and received a certificate course for interest in the Indigenous Forum at the United Nations in NY. This investment in peace and stability has created an understanding of global concerns to explore.
Investing in the work of youth and World Leaders has taught me everything.
I found my way through the multicultural fabric of sustainability, protection, fairness and peaceful awareness. I continue to study on an international level to renew faith in the security of global issues.

I am grateful to the mentors, world leaders and business’ who are grounded in this profession and working to sustain all life and culture. I feel a rebirth, and the world of nutrition is my international organic playground.

Helping Others

Today, activism is still a huge part of my life. It is not just for the Earth and animals, it’s activism for us all. For all people, all gender, race and income status. Everything can work together.

Our doctors diagnoses, medications, individual addictions, physical goals, and mental health are all gifts to be integrated and understood.

We can all find our place and feel a true connection through wellness. The body, mind, & spirit instinctively find their way through achievements, failures, dreams and conflict. My goal is to help you shift into the most authentic version of yourself and experience the sacred knowledge of self-awareness and energy gained through the synergy of Holistic Nutrition.
